I am so sorry to hear about Sr. He taught so many about dentistry and so much about life's lessons. He could tell stories that would keep us all rolling! Prayers are with his family at this time!

What a truly living example Doc Maberry was for all men. A dentist and friend at all times to me and my family. He always told me to "leave your gun at the door" just before my appointments. I was then a FW Police Officer and carried a weapon. We will miss him for sure. God's peace to his family.

My first teacher in dental assisting. I was always amazed by Dr. Maberry's talents not only as a dentist, but his love for photography and art. I often think of him playing his clarinet for us and the stories of his younger years in dental school. I have never forgotten the many lessons he taught me not only about dentistry, but life lessons. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

I have known Robert, or Bob, was what we always called him, most of my life. He was a dental, hunting and fishing friend, of my father. I still have the old photographs of him and the "Wild Bunch", on their many, out in the wilds, adventures. It's kind of weird to see him gone. My heart goes out to Joan, her sons, his brother, James, and all of his relatives, and all of their families. My father, who died in July of 2008, always said of his dental and dental lab friends, that "dentistry will kill you or get you". Guess he was right. Wish they were all alive again, but I'm not God or Jesus, and I can't turn back the clock. Guess I will just have to rely on the poor substitutes of photographs and memories.

I am sorry to hear of the passing of Robert he will be missed by those who loved him. He was blessed to live a long life. Psalms 90:10 says that those who live to be 80 and older have "extra strength", he was blessed with that. May you keep fond memories of him always.
