Robert, we have kept up with you for years, my husband had cancer, and I use to tell you that you are a tiger, and tuff, you can beat this thing. My husband
did. Your in a very good place now.

I was lucky enough to meet Bob when I worked at the FWOPC. What an outstanding man, and wonderful friend. I knew he had been ill, but he kept in touch when he could with his everlasting supply of jokes, funny stories, etc. Bob will be sorely missed-not just at work, but as a good, decent man that loved his family. Pat and children, my prayers are with you all. Rest in peace, Bob.

We will miss Mr. Bob waving good morning and good evening to our family everyday, leaving for work and coming home from work. Mrs. Pat would come over before going inside the house from work to chat with us if we were outside. Mr.Bob would tease her and say "Pat let them alone". And we would laugh. Oh, how the small things we miss when it is know longer there. The Thompson has been our neighbors for 20 or more years and we have loved and cherished every moment of their friendship. God never fails. He will never leave you nor forsake you.

Pat, Jessica, and the entire Thompson Family, Thank you for sharing with us your valued treasure. I will miss Bob dearly, Bob stole my heart 4 years ago, I at first thought he was a grumpy man, but soon learned he would protect me, and anyone else at the VA at any cost. What a privilege to know him and you. Pat you were his world the love of his life, he talked about you so much till I had to meet and get to know you. Again thanks for sharing him with us, you have allowed each of us to be a part of him even in sickness. Please take care, and don't forget us at the FWOPC.
Thanks Bob for all the compliments the kind words and for most of all being you....You have left me with such great memories.
