Graveside service: 2 p.m. Wednesday in Laurel Land Memorial Park. Visitation: 6 to 8 PM, Tuesday at Baumgardner Funeral Home, Fort Worth.
Terrel was born Feb. 13, 1920, in Fort Worth to Jess and Minnie Bell Swearington Bird. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. Terrell was an avid fisherman. Terrell and his wife, Marie, would have been married 52 years on Dec. 26, 2004.
Survivors: Wife, Marie Bird; son, Jim Bird and wife, Cindy; daughters, Diane Rae and husband, Jim, Shirley Farquhar, Lois Detten and Wanda Sawyer; brother, Bud Bird; sister, Hazel Bird; 20 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
