I lived next door to Terry & Barb and all of their kids for many years in Kewanee, Illinois. I remember him for his great smile, light heart, and athletic ways. We would play tennis together and relax in the sun of Midland during the summers.
I am saddened by hearing of his death. My sincere prayers are with him and his family. May God embrace Terry in heaven.

to Terry's family, I want to tell you I only met him a couple of years ago when he moved across the hall from my mom at Arlington Plaza. I enjoyed many wonderful converations about football and the men that played. He will be missed. God Bless

To Barb and all of Terry's family:
I am so sorry for your loss. I have wonderful memories of Terry during our school days in Kewanee. He was my first friend when my parents moved to Kewanee in 1945. Terry was one of the best all-around athletes ever to graduate from KHS.We were involved in four sports together and I still remember what a great time that was.
He was a great guy and will be missed.

Our thoughts are with the family.......I remember many days of golf at Midland Country Club with Terry when we were in HIgh School and he spent time helping me with the basics of golf. Although he was my brother's age he let me tag along. Great guy sure will be missed

Terry and I attended Visitation (1st grade through 8th) and then were in the same homeroom at KHS. He was a great guy--we talked on the phone alot during the past few years--mostly of memories of the past. He called me right after Bob died and said the nicest things. Terry and his family are in my thoughts and prayers.

Terry was always an important asset to our class of 59. We all began as little people in kindergarten at Central School and progressed through to graduation from high school. He was known for his intelligence, his athletic ability, his personality, and his good looks. We were privileged to know him in his youth, you, his family, knew him for the man he became. May he receive the peace he so deserves.

I went all through school with Terry and indeed he was the heart throb of all the girls. We have so many memories of Visitation grade school and good old KHS. Our class really missed Terry at our 50th reunion. Our class will really miss Terry. We are so sorry for the huge loss to his family. Jack and Kay (Duytschaver) Heaton

I have fond memories of my days in sports and other activities with Terry at KHS and know he will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

I haven't really had much contact over the years with Terry, as our paths took different directions. I always will remember the genuine person he was in high school, despite his young years and the opportunities he could have had to feel superior based on his athletic skills. It would have been really good to have seen him at our 50th reunion, but that was not to be. It is apparent from the other entries on this guestbook that the Terry I remember remained throughout his life. Our sympathy and best wishes to his family and friends as you celebrate his life.
