Thomas Teague Obituary

Thomas "Tommy" Jackson Teague, 63, passed away peacefully from this life Wednesday, Oct. 5, 2016. Celebration of life: Jam session at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 12, at Keys Lounge. All are welcome. Tommy was a lifelong resident of Fort Worth and attended Southwest High School. He was an accomplished musician who toured extensively and played drums with numerous bands locally over the years. Not only was he a solid drummer but also quite the showman twirling his sticks from drum to drum never missing a beat. His musical talents were well respected among his peers. Tommy also worked in sales for many years. He especially enjoyed working at Meador Dodge Chrysler where he affectionately referred to his co-workers as his family. He was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan and truly enjoyed cheering them on. Tom was blessed with a one of a kind sense of humor and an infectious laugh that endeared him to all he came in contact with. He will be dearly missed. Survivors: His sister, Suzie Fuqua (Doug); niece, Lindsey Regan (Sean), their children, Lucas and Ella; lifetime friends that were by his side to the end, Tom Pospichal, Tim Wooly, Clay Gibson and Hugh Gibson.
