Timothy Watson FORT WORTH -- Timothy Donald Watson, 71, was born April 17, 1946, to Reed and Mary Helen Watson and passed away peacefully on Dec. 28, 2017. GRAVESIDE SERVICE: 2 p.m. Tuesday in Greenwood Memorial Park. Visitation: 5 to 7 p.m. Monday at Greenwood. MEMORIALS: Donations in honor of Tim may be made to The Warm Place of Fort Worth or Racers for Christ, teamrfc.org. Tim graduated from Eastern Hills High School in 1964. He attended UTA and served in the U.S. Naval Air Reserves. Tim was an avid car enthusiast from an early age and carried that interest into his professional life through the sales, management and wholesaling of automobiles. Tim shared a passion for racing cars with his son and their close-knit racing community. Racing remained a primary source of fulfillment throughout his life. He was quick witted, loved to play pranks and always had a joke to tell. Tim was predeceased in death by his son, Timothy Stuart Watson. SURVIVORS: Daughter, Jennifer Watson; grandson, Jacob Watson; and sister, Rosemary Robertson and husband, Mike and their family.
