I think of you and your family once in a while. I was there on the beach when Heidi asked for help. Your daughters are similar ages to mine.

Todd,
Wow, two years. Life progresses, the ache dims, but I still miss you brother. I can not wait to share a campfire with you in heaven. Does God have a great Pow-wow or what?

Todd My brother...

I was dwelling on you so much over the weekend. I wondered why you were so much in my thoughts, then the date hit me, it was the 10th of February, the same time we did Wilderness in 2006. Funny how God brings things to mind...God Bless Todd...

Fox Tale,

My brother, I went to the Great Texas Pow-wow this year. I cried a river because I missed you so bad. Flintlock, Bladesman and myself talked about you for a long time. It was so odd to be at the alter without you. Everytime I open the beutiful FCF chest you made me I see your mark. Todd I know you are happy, I know I will see you again, but you are still in my thoughts. Hopefully God will continue to bless Heidi and the girls, I know you are watching out for them too.

I am looking forward to seeing you again. You are the love of my life. I love you! Heidi

Todd,
You went HOME a year ago today. Not a day goes by that we don't miss you, need your advice, or enjoy one of the wonderful things you've fixed for us all over the house and yard! Know you're working on our mansions and mentoring boys in Glory, but miss you more every day! Can't wait to be HOME w/you! You'll always be my FAVORITE NEIGHBOR! WE LOVE YOU! (and we're trying to keep Heidi & the girls out of trouble!)

Well Todd, today is the one year anniversary of your homegoing. How are things in heaven right now? Silly question, I know, but it's hard for us earthbound people to imagine how awesome heaven is. I know your in a better place, but I miss you. I miss your advice, your gentle spirit, your willing ness to give selflessly to anyone who needs help. I know Heidi & Courtney & Christi miss you terribly also. One day we will all have a grand reunion up there. Goodbye- no, see you later.
Take care, Warren

Heidi,

I am so sorry for your loss. I didn't really know Todd but many times over the years I would think to myself what a wonderful husband and father he must be. It was always obvious he was dedicated to his family. You and the girls are in my prayers.

Mother-in-law jokes are common- but not from Todd!He was the best man Heidi could have ever found--(at Mc Donald's, no less)A friend of hers told Heidi that there was a really nice guy there, so she went in and ordered a burger and fries--the rest is history! If Todd is cooking burgers for the angels they'll be the best!

We all loved Todd so much- his devotion to his God, his family and his church family will never be forgotten.

Dear Heidi, Courtney, and Chisti,

You are in my thoughts and in my Prayers. Todd has been a wonderful example of Christ as long as I've known him. I know that our Father God has said to him

Well done, good and faithful servant, you have been faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of the Lord." (Matthew 25:23)

We are very grieved that Todd has passed away. My son Mark Robert is especially sad because Todd was one of his favorite Royal Ranger commanders. He looked up to Todd as a role model and enjoyed being around him.

Todd always wore an infectious smile, and was the epitomy of kindness.

My daughter Kirsten loved Todd as well. He always made her laugh with his corny jokes. He was like a second dad to her.

You will be in our thoughts and prayers.

Todd will be missed very much, but we are also happy to know that he is up in heaven in Jesus' arms now.

Heaven is a much better place now that Todd is there.

What a privilege it is to have y'all as "favorite neighbors"! Todd was always READY to help w/anything, and Larry was honored to have served in Rangers with him! His legacy lives on in you girls, his RR boys (our Jonathan, included!), and all those whose lives he touched. "Well done, thou good and faithful servant!" We'll see him in just a little while, and enjoy the beautiful woodwork he's doing on our mansions!

WE LOVE Y'ALL!

Heidi,

It has been almost 7 years now since we went to Steppingstone Family Church with you and the girls. Though we may have lost touch during that time, there are some people you meet and never forget. We hate it that we didn’t stay in touch after we moved and are now feeling very heartbroken for this tragic loss you, your family, the church, and the Royal Rangers has suffered. Todd was a great person who truly modeled what it meant to be an authentic Christian. His faithful walk with God and devotion to serving others will not be forgotten and will be missed by all that had the privilege of knowing him at any time in their lives. You have been and will continue to be in our thoughts and prayers.

It is hard at first to lose someone very special, a truly Godly influence without waver in our lives. But the working of the Will and Grace of our Father in Heaven is far above!! I am THANKFUL for Todd's friendship, mentoring and his walk with GOD. Peace to those family members left behind, even though it is temporary.

I always looked up to Todd and knew that regardless of being my cousin, he was a superior person in general. His legacy is in his girls and everyone who was touched by his warmth and generosity. I'll miss him tremendously.

I will always remember Todd for his faithfulness and dedication to his church. He always had a smile on his face and greeted you with warmth. You could tell by the special gleam in his eye that he loved the Lord with all that was within him and you were drawn to that.

My prayers are with the family at this time, the Lord will give you the strength you need for the days a head.

Todd in His presence you may truly dance and sing praises in a way that we have never experienced. PTL!

Todd was one of my best friends, he was as close as I have ever come to having a brother. I grieve for his girls, I know how much his family ment to him. We talked about them often when we were together. He has been one of the finest men I have ever known. A man with strong moral fiber. As a Royal Ranger Commander, Todd was always Ready!

Heidi,

It's been over 10 years since I attended Steppingstone, but there are some that I'll never forget.

What I remember most about Todd was his big smile and willingness to help, He was a true servant of God. I feel blessed to have known him and you. He's home now....

Heidi - I was just thinking about you the other day. I was remembering you had just received your license and were taking Bobbi, Melissa and me to Pizza Hut after church. We had so much fun!

I'm so sorry to hear about your loss.

Todd was such a friendly guy. The last time I saw him was when I was working for Huguley and went into the water distributing place where he worked to talk to them about insurance. He and Otis were so much fun that day and so nice it made my week. I just remember he was always smiling and fun loving. I know he will be missed my many. You and the girls will be in my prayers.

In all the years I knew Todd, I never saw him lose his temper. He strove to live out Christian values in his life. He was always willing to discuss how his personal walk with the Lord was going. He was an open & transparent Christian, who never tried to act like he had it all together. In so doing, he showed just how mature his walk with Jesus was.We here on earth will miss Todd, but heaven will be richer for his presence. "Well done, good & faithful servant, enter into the joy of the Lord."

One thing you could always count on with Todd was a big smile! Todd was the epitome of a great father and husband; he was a man who gave feely of his time and love. We are deeply honored to have known Todd and we know that God is smiling back at him as he is welcomed into his arms and he tells Todd, well done my good and faithful servant. Our deepest sympathy to Heidi, Courtney, and Christi. Our hearts and prayers go out to you and your family. Todd has been a great friend and a wonderful role model to our children, especially to our son Adam. He often spoke of Todd as being his favorite Royal Ranger Commander and had the utmost love and respect for him. Adam's life, along with so many others, was forever changed by Todd's kindness, love, and joy. He will be greatly missed.

Though we left here sorrow and hurt from our loss, we know that Todd crossed into Heaven, was greeted by Jesus and the Father then turned around and asked what needed to get done.

We will miss you Todd, but know that our lives were greatly blessed by the time we got to spend with you.

Todd not only was a great influence on the boys in Royal Rangers, he also influenced the leaders. I have personally seen Todd encouraging other leaders, who in turn continue to teach the boys. Todd will be missed, but never forgotten: Heaven alone records all his deeds.
