She was my aunt and there was never a harsh word that came from her. Wish we all could be as good of a person as she was to me and everyone I know.

Such a kind, wise, witty, and oh so very humble lady. I was honored to become a part of her life in the winter of her life. Sad I had not known her longer. Two woman from two very different worlds. Dinner 5 to 6 nights a week together just shy of 3 years. Endless hamburgers and pulled pork sandwiches. We went to senior dances, saw many plays together at Casa and The Artisan, watched a show or 2 at the Omni, took a bus to the old Opry in Weatherford, looked at Christmas lights, watched every debate (democrat and republican) the list is endless; but most importantly we had fun. Ginny helped me pick out fabric, showed me what I should plant at my house, went school shopping and helped my granddaughters pick out dresses. She thought she had nothing left to offer but she was so very wrong. We made dinners together, cleaned up together, and we talked. About life, death, politics, religion; and a lot of times we just laughed. She was so dear and funny to me in her quiet way. I will remember many things and conversations with my sweet friend and all will make me smile. Like the night I asked her if she had always worn a hairnet. She looked at me and very seriously said "Well not on my wedding night"! That was my sweet funny friend Ginny. Not only will I miss you my dear friend, my grandchildren will miss you, the "WORLD" will miss you! You were....are so very loved. And I am so very grateful to have known you if only for a moment.

It was such a shame for a lovely lady, as Ms. Richards to pass away. She was my sister's neighbor, for a while, when she was her next door neighbor. I met her, and she was always nice and had something good to say, and she never met a stranger. so sad to lose such a wonderful woman. I know God and Jesus have good plans for her in Heaven, even though she will be missed here. She will be missed.

Ginny had such a full life of service to children and everyone she met. Such a class act and intelligent and gifted woman. I used Gill Services when I was a school nurse. A wonderful gift to Ft. Worth. Will miss eating hamburgers with her and Judi at Moe's Cafe. A true inspiration.
