William Darrell Williams, was born in Fort Worth, Texas December 6, 1966. He was employed by Overhead Door Company of Fort Worth. Darrell attended Boswell High School, enlisted in the Army and then became a world traveler after his service ended. He was a traveling salesman for years where he was fortunate to work in all 50 states and Puerto Rico. He visited all the coastal towns, cities and countries where he could captain a boat, fish as much as possible, play golf and enjoy island time and music. Darrell loved to play the guitar and sing (especially Jimmy Buffett, Elvis and the Beach Boys), meet new people and dogs.
He spent the last few years living back home in Texas to be close to his parents, his sister, and his niece and nephew, they were his best friends. He enjoyed going Winstar with his mom or competing with her during their evening game show hour, singing with his niece, fishing with his dad or just hanging out with his nephew, sister and cousins. He was a larger than life character, that loved his family and his circle of friends very much.
Darrell was preceded in death by his grandparents, Elsie and Louise Williams and C.W. Happy and Ruby Hodges; uncles and aunts, Harrell and Charlene Williams, Dean and Nelda Williams, Bill and Bettye Hodges, Charles and Nancy Hodges, Jerrell And JoNell Hodges, Harold and Kathy Hodges; and cousin, Kathy Reed.
