Alfonso Buccilla Obituary

Buccilla Alfonso Anthony Buccilla, age 79, of Columbus, OH, went home to be with the Lord on September 23, 2016. He was born August 20, 1937 to the late Elvie and Tristan Buccilla, and was preceded in death by his brother Gary. Al is survived by his special companion, Norma Cartwright; sons, Cary (Ann) Buccilla, Craig (Lisa) Buccilla, Brian (Susie) Buccilla; and daughter, Diane Easton (fiancé, Rob Keller); nine grandchildren, Andrea, Vinny, Connor, Mason, Abigail, Isabella, Sophia, Jessica, and Joe; several cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. Memorial Service on Saturday, October 22, 2016 at 1 p.m. at Central Baptist Church, 1955 Frank Rd., Columbus, OH, Pastor Tim Womack officiating. Family memorial on Sunday, November 27, 2016 at St. Marys Church, 684 S. 3rd St., Columbus, OH.

AL and I go back to before grade school as he lived on Innes ave and I lived on bruck st. just around the corner, we played together, we went to St. Ladislaus and then on to St. Mary's, and played all kind of sports together even bowled after high school. we lost track of each after he married, I will always remember our wonderful times together. May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.
