How surprised and saddened we were to hear of the loss of your beloved husband and father. Al was always an example of love and commitment to his family. He was eager to show the latest photos of Kitty and Stephanie and the grandchildren. I fondly remember him taking me (Phyl) to meet his mother at her shop in German Villiage, he was so proud of her ongoing business sense, even in her later years. His love for "the boat" and Lake Erie was shared by all who were his "fishin' buddy's". We will keep you in our prayers and remember Al with fond memories....

Kitty and Steph,
Please accept our deepests sorrow on the passing of Al. I find it very difficult to try and explain How badly I feel. I became friends with Al during our Sophomor year back in 1964 at Ohio U. We've been great friends since then. He faught a great fight and Linda and I will miss Al just as though he was part of our family . Kitty, know that we love you and you and Steph are in our every thought as you go through this difficult time. Gary and Linda Lowell.

I feel fortunate to have known Al as a friend and business associate, and will remember so many great times together. He was never happier than when piloting his boat, Moby, on Lake Erie, after walleye. Good Sailing, Captain Al.
