Dear Family of Alicia: We, the parents in Compassionate Friends send you our heartfelt condolences, we know that you are heartbroken by this terrible loss. Compassionate Friends is an international grief support group for parents, grandparents and siblings who have suffered the heartbreaking loss of a child. In Columbus, we meet monthly to support each other in our grief and love of our children. Our meetings are from 7-9 PM on the second Tuesday of each month at Ascension Lutheran Church, 1479 Morse Rd, Columbus, OH 43229. If and when you are ready to do so, please join us; we will welcome you with open arms and love into this wonderful group of parents who share your grief.

Thinking of and praying for everyone that held Ali dear to them, especially Angel and Scott- who did an amazing job to raise a wonderful, caring, intelligent young woman. I remember the day she was born and she looked like a little doll...just perfect. She left this world too soon, will be forever 17 years old, and will be missed by so many.

She was ready to take on the world. She was young, beautiful, and the most amazing girl I have ever met. I take comfort in looking to the night sky, I know she's one of the stars looking down on me, guiding me to a bigger and better future. She will be remembered, and I dedicate each and every day I spend to her. I loved her with my entire heart, that will never change. Good night my darling.
