Anton Schweitzer Obituary

SCHWEITZER Anton "Toni" Schweitzer, 80, of Westerville, passed away January 15, 2011 at Friendship Village of Columbus. He was born May 13, 1930 in Jascha, Tomitsch, Yugoslovia, to his late parents Michael and Katarina Schweitzer. Toni is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Johanna Schweitzer; children, Marianne Schweitzer, Ron (Kathy) Schweitzer, and Claudia (Brian) Smith; sister, Margaret (Fred) Motschkowitch; grandchild-ren, Kristyn and Kari Schweitzer, Hayley and Lindsey Smith; great-granddaughter, Nora Leigh Scott; and many cousins in Mansfield, OH. Visitation will be held 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, January 18, 2011 at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME NE CHAPEL, 3047 E. Dublin Granville Rd., Columbus, OH 43231. Funeral service will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Ohio Health Foundation, 180 E. Broad, Floor 31, Columbus, OH 43215 or The American Heart Association, P.O. Box 163549, Columbus, OH 43216.
