Carolyn, Matt, and Charlotte this is your cousin Linda in Mississippi. I received this through an email and I wanted to let you know that I think of Aunt Carolyn often, as I do you also. I thought about a Christmas I want to share with you. We had good times on Christmas at Nanny and Pappap's big house on Main Street in Martins Ferry. This Christmas sticks in my mind because Aunt Carolyn made 2 gowns for Mom, me, and Vicki. And she made 2 sets of PJ's for Daddy, John, and Phillip. Those were the softest gowns ever. We always had such wonderful times with your Mom and all of the family. Just wanted to share your Mom with you. She was a lovely soul.

Dear Aunt Carolyn,
I was so sorry to hear of your passing. You have been such a kind and giving person your whole life, Uncle Jay was so lucky to have you. I saw Carolyn last year with her new family, what a great legacy you have left. Thank you for being there for Dad when Uncle Jay passed, your words and stories meant the world to him. I'm sure those two have been running around for almost 2yrs now and it's time for your steady hand to break up the boys club. Aunt Carolyn, please give them a hug for me. I Love You All. Beloved Aunt Carolyn was the most amazing woman. Always energetic and enthusiastic about life. Kind, Gentle, Sweet, Loving and FUN!!! She was Aunt to 7 of us...Michael, Margie, Aileen, Matthew, Sean, Mary and Timothy. Boy, did we keep her busy when she visited! Going home to Martin's Ferry, OH, Aunt Carolyn. Thank you for your love and mentoring. Thank you for being a lifelong support to my Mom...your Sister, Jean. Thank you for caring for your Parents as they aged. Thank you for waiting for the right man, Jerrry. Together you created, loved and nourished the most delightful daughter, Carolyn. I have always loved you. Today I see a mental slideshow of all those visits when we were kids and some special times in Patterson, Ca visiting you and Jerry with Baby Carolyn. You were stylish, too. You have left a deep, meaningful impression heartfelt forever more. I love you, Dearly.
