Clifton R. Perry, age 81, passed away on October 27, 2017. Clifton was born May 24, 1936, to the late Ted and Emma (Mathis) Perry in Dunlow, WV. He is retired from Lucent Technologies and then worked for Columbus Golf Club. Clifton was a US Air Force veteran and a life-long member of the Reynoldsburg Primitive Baptist Church. Clifton is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Gwindell (Nichols) Perry; daughter, Lisa Perry; sisters, Thelma (Printes) Webb, G. Ann Horn; brother, Troy (Denise) Perry; many loving nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his sister Myrtle Faye Booth, nephew Jeff Parsons, his walking buddy, dog Sydney. A visitation will be held on THURSDAY, November 2, 2017, from 12-2 pm, at the PFEIFER FUNERAL HOME, where his funeral service will immediately follow at 2 pm, with Pastor John Ennis officiating. Burial in Glen Rest Memorial Estate. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Clifton's memory to Alzheimer's Foundation. Online condolences available at www.pfeiferfuneral.com.

What a great friend and neighbor! You and Gwin have always been a joy to be around. Whether we were doing yard work, cutting firewood, snow blowing the block in freezing temps, discussing our latest wood working projects or just watching the kids play, you always had a smile and a positive word. Thanks so much for being a great role model to me, Shannon and our boys! You'll be missed!
