Dallas Waller Obituary

WALLER Dallas M. Waller, born February 15, 1939 in Crum, WV, went to be with the Lord on November 19, 2009 after a long, but courageous battle. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Carolyn Waller; his two sons, D.J. (Hope) Waller, Mike (Tammy Fast) Waller; and daughter, Ronda (Dwayne) DeAlvarez, four granddaughters, Amanda, Kelli, Jami and Jessica; three grandsons, Jimmy, Christopher, Jacob Martin; five great-granddaughters, Brookelyn, Audrie, Taylor, Ochesa, Haley; seven brothers and three sisters; along with numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. He is preceded in death by mom, dad, one sister, and three brothers. The family will receive friends at KAUBER-SAMMONS FUNERAL HOME, 289 S. Main Street, Pataskala, OH from 4-8 p.m., Sunday, November 22, 2009. Funeral service will be held on Monday, November 23, 2009 at 11 a.m. at the Pataskala Church of Christ, 9132 Blacks Road, Pataskala, OH 43062 with Pastor Roger Massey officiating. Interment to follow at Etna Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Mt. Carmel Hospice, 1144 Dublin Road, Columbus, OH 43215.
