I am so sad to read about Dan.
I enjoyed working with him & talking Real Eatste. Dan's questions were always challenging. Kept me on my toes:)

In the early 80s, just after Marilyn and I were married, I had to get a grown-up job I applied at Inskeep Oldsmobile, GMC, Nissan, in the body shop, Dan hired me on the spot, He let me know right there what was expected an...d what he wanted from me and I never let him down, He gave me my first real job!!and started my career. We made a lot of money, had a lot of good times. When I applied at Tri Rivers Career Center many years later, I needed his signature, for verification of previous employment, he was coming back from Florida and made me wait a few days for him to personally sign it, and again he let me know right there what was expected and what he wanted from me, and that he was very proud of me, I will never forget that, I will truly miss him. We are so very sorry for your loss, but how wonderful to have your Dad (and Grandpa) for so many years. We appreciated reading all that was shared in the obituary. He certainly led a full life with many notable accomplishments. We regret that we cannot be present on Sunday, but hope you will accept our sincere expression of love and sympathy.
