Miss you Dave. Your weekly phone calls in the past year since Mark's death helped a lot. Hope you two are doing a lot of fishing together. Know you would both like that. My condolences to your family. I hope they take comfort in the memory of your ready smile and dry wit. I think you laughed more at yourself than anything else in life. You never took yourself, or much of anything very seriously. It just wasn't in you to stay down for long. Wish I had been able to be there for your service, if for no other reason than to let you know I cared. Will think of you often, Bro. God bless. Tell my Marine "Hi" for me. I'll see you both some day.

Diane, Bill and family, we have so many good memories of Dave and our families' fun times over the years, so glad that lately we could make him smile with a little yard clean up, it was our honor to make him happy in that way, he was a great person and we were proud to know him, love you all,

Dave had many great talents that were never fully realized with the health issues he faced for so many years. I was always amazed by his upbeat attitude through it all.
My sincere sympathy.

To lose some one so dear is never easy. Yet, it's encouraging to know that God yearns, or desires, to see us enjoy life again. Thus I strongly believe that we will see our loved one again on this earth in paradise. That was God's original purpose for us, so why would His purpose change? This hope is what brings me comfort, and I hope it does so for you as well.
