SIMONELLI Della Sue Simonelli. A memorial service for Della Sue Simonelli, age 62, of Heath, will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, September 4, at the Water's Edge Assembly of God Church, 2249 Cherry Valley Road, Newark, with Pastor Rusty Foley and Pastor Charles Mason officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the service. Sue passed away Saturday, August 28, 2010 at her residence. She was born May 7, 1948 in Ft. Bragg, N.C. She is survived by her loving husband of 36 years, Joseph. She was a loving mother to Jon (Michele), Brittany (Craig) and Gina (Sean); and grandmother to Courtney, Nicole, Jacob, Jordan and Taylor. Her mother, Doris, and brother, Sammy (Linda), also survive. She was preceded in death by a daughter Joni Dawn and her father Leroy Emmit Faircloth. The family wishes to give a special thanks to those that were caregivers to Sue during her two year battle with cancer. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Water's Edge Assembly of God Mission Fund. The Licking County Cremation Center, a service of HENDERSON-Van ATTA-STICKLE FUNERAL HOME, is assisting the family arrangements.
