Della Marie Steele

STEELE Della Marie Steele, age 82, went to be with the Lord, January 21, 2010. She was retired from Xerox after several years. A longtime member of Reeb Ave. Church of Christ in Christian Union aka as Grace Memorial. She is the daughter of the late Isaac and Almira Sayre. Survived by her husband of 63 years, Carl H. of Pickerington; daughters, Dianna K. Steele and Donna Jean Burke; nephew who was like a son, Danny Hines; brothers, Dr. Robert L Sayre, William Edward Sayre, Hursel A. Sayre; sister, Joan Young; grandchildren, Jill Sluss; great-granddaughters, Madison Marie, and Emma Lucille; many nieces, nephews, and dear friends. She was preceded in death by brother Russell Sayre, and sister Betty Lucille Hines. Friends may call at the O. R. WOODYARD CO. CHAPEL, 1346 S. High St., Sunday 2-5 p.m., where funeral service will be held Monday 11 a.m. Rev. Ray McDaniel officiating. Interment Obetz Cemetery.
