KARN E. Allen Karn, age 72, of Galena, Oh., went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, January 2, 2008, at home. Founder of Allen's Coin Shop, Westerville. Member of Genoa Baptist Church, Blendon Lodge #339 F&AM and Aladdin Shrine Temple. Survived by wife of 52 years, Charlotte (Ronk) Karn; children, Carol (Dan) Hessler, Kathleen Karn, Christine (Jim) Morris, Edgar Allen (Thresa) Karn II and James Karn, all of the Galena, Sunbury and Westerville areas; grandchildren, Nathan and Joshua Hessler, Amy and Doug Morris, Seth Allen Karn; brother, Raymond Louis Karn of Wis.; sisters, Mary Jane Armstrong and Patricia (Fred) Turney, all of Westerville; brothers-in-law; sisters-in-law; nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by granddaughter Faith Ann Hessler and parents Raymond and Margie Karn. Friends may call at the Genoa Baptist Church, corner of Lewis Center Road and Rt. 3, north of Westerville, Friday 5-8 p.m., where service will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. Pastors Frank Carl and L. Wayne Booth, officiating. Interment Fairview Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Genoa Christian Academy in Allen's memory.
