Earl Boorn Obituary

Boorn Earl Warren Boorn, age 57, of Canal Winchester, died Sunday, August 21, 2016 at his residence. Born April 1, 1959 in Warren, Ohio, he was a 1977 graduate of Bristolville High School, and received degrees from Hocking College and COTC. He was a registered nurse and member of Fairfield Christian Church in Lancaster. Survived by his wife of 36 years, Jennifer S. Boorn; mother, Marlene Boorn, North Carolina; mother-in-law, Margaret Smith, Canal Winchester; two sisters and four brothers; and many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held 5 p.m. Saturday, September 10, 2016 at the DWAYNE R. SPENCE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 650 W. Waterloo St., Canal Winchester, with Pastor Mark Barbee officiating. The family will receive friends beginning at 4 p.m. In lieu of flowers, friends may contribute to Central Ohio Sheltie Rescue (www.centralohiosheltierescue.org) in Earl's memory.
