Frank Applegate Obituary

APPLEGATE Frank Charles Applegate Sr., age 81, passed away Monday, June 20, 2005 at Mt. Carmel Medical Center. Retired from Jeffrey Manufacturing and Janitrol. U. S. Army veteran of WW II. Life member of VFW 495. Preceded in death by sisters and brothers, Elizabeth Taylor, Tom Applegate, Mary Spearkman and Emma. Survived by wife, Marian; sons, Frank C. (Linda) Applegate of Sugar Grove, Ohio, Joseph F. (Mary) Applegate and Robert L. (Jackie) Wheeler; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews; host of family and friends. Friends may call at the O. R. WOODYARD CO. CHAPEL, 1346 S. High St., Wednesday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. The funeral service will be held Thursday 10:30 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church. Msgr. Kevin Lutz Celebrant. Interment Glen Rest Cemetery. Family wishes to thank Mt. Carmel CICU and Palliative Care units for all their wonderful care and concern.
