Frank Sinacola Obituary

Sinacola Frank J. Sinacola, passed away Tuesday, April 26, 2016 surrounded by his loving family. Born on February 17, 1927 in Columbus, Ohio to Italian immigrants, the late Joseph and Elizabeth Martini Sinacola. Graduate of St. Ladislas Grade School and South High School. WWII U.S. Coast Guard Veteran. Frank was part owner of Sinacola & Sons Excavating Company, along with his brothers-in-law Joseph Casa and John Latorre who preceded him in death. Also preceded in death by his son Joseph who died at age 7. Survived by wife of 68 years, Eleanora; daughters and special sons-in-law, Anne (Richard) Murphy, Linda (Robert) Schilling and Nancy (Chet) Eckler; nine grandchildren, Nancy Murphy, Terri (Mike) Haemmerle, Laura (Will) Hansen, Lisa (Greg) Diamond, Jennifer (Julio) Valenzuela, Nicholas (Eileen) Schilling, Adrienne (Jason) Molnar, Sean (Kelly) Neugebauer, Kyle (Rhea) Neugebauer; 20 great grandchildren, Katie (Tim), Tyler (Shay), Abby and Emily Hansen, Joe and John Haemmerle, Elizabeth and Andrew Diamond, Alyson, Gabriel, Jacob and Eleanora Valenzuela, Lillian, Isabella and Loretta Schilling, Louisa Molnar, Nathan and Molly Neugebauer, Luke and Alex Neugebauer; one great-great grandson, Liam Hansen; sisters, Josephine Casa and Joann Latorre; numerous nieces and nephews. Frank had a green thumb and was an avid sports fan. He will be remembered for one of his favorite quotes, "Love to see you come, love to see you go." Visitation Sunday 2-5 p.m. at the MAEDER-QUINT-TIBERI Funeral Home, 1068 S. High St. Friends and family will meet for Mass of Christian burial 11 a.m. Monday at Our Mother of Sorrows Chapel, 6440 S. High St., on the grounds of St. Joseph Cemetery, where burial will follow. Contributions may be made to the Mt. Carmel Foundation Cancer Services.
