Gary had the amazing ability to make anyone feel like his best friend, even if he met the person 5 minutes before!!

I met Gary almost 6 years ago, when he provided his services for an Auction I was co-chairing. The six months we worked together provided the basis for a wonderful friendship. We made it a point to meet up as much as possible when he was in NYC. I will truly miss Gary, his words of encouragement, his random silly texts and phone calls, his smile and true love of life.

To all of his loved ones, my heart goes out to you and you’ll be in my thoughts and prayers. Gary, may you rest in peace.

Well, the east coast gave us a winter wonderland today. The beauty of which I know would have made Gary smile.
A full-blown elegant snowy drama that prevented Andy, Delanie and myself from flying out this morning.

We are so sorry to miss our chance to be with friends and family and to celebrate the life of Gary Bias. Gary touched us all very deeply. We will light a candle and raise a glass and be there in spirit. All our love!

Gary was a blessing in disguise... When I first contacted him to help me spice up our annual convention in Columbus Ohio I chose the right man. Some stuff was wild and the gym owners and mike and i never expected to find such a classy, inventive, fun, passionate, perfectionist of a man. Gary you will be missed... Joe.. My love to you and the family.. Please stay in touch . Xoxo Gigi goyette

Gary and I worked many events together in the early days before the EventCo. company was even established. With duct tape, creativity and smile, Gary showed me that anything was possible and he had a way of bringing out the best in everyone he was around. I am sure that even through this, Gary is looking down, smiling, and begging us all for "more energy" because he would want the show to go on and on with or sadly without him. As a friend, mentor and inspiration, I will miss him
dearly.

I've had the priviledge of knowing this amazing man for many years (through event planning)& his zest for life was contagious. He truly lived life to the fullest and he inspired those around him to think positively.
i will always remember that Gary would purposely muster up the bigest smile he could when something was particularly bothersome (you know how he would crank up that Disney smile
and use his finger to represent the dimple).
No matter how tough things got, he would always find the humor.
However, my favorite memories of Gary will be when he would sometimes call
me from his home all settled in seated in the backyard and describe for me how beuatiful the sceanry was and tell me that Joe was happly putering around fixing a snack ect. He was so happy there and filled with lots of love. If i am not mistaken, he once referred to this place to me as the the Gary/Joe Chateu for me. After a bit of
wine of course! Joe - i wish there was something i could say but my prayers are with you and the family
