Jerry Holley Jr. & Family ,
Brother Thompson was and will remain a Man among men. I am forever blessed to know him. I will be forever grateful God allowed him to be a major influence in my life. His Love of God , his Unconditional Love for us, his compassion , his wisdom, and every great quality a human can posses shined from him. There is not a day that has went by or will go by that I don't find myself drawing on something he said to me or did. He was a man of action not solely words, he was man of commitment not just involvement. He lived his life giving of his heart and soul to all of us. He said one time in a sermon when describing Gods love for us, the following,
If a bird picked up a grain of sand on the eat coast
and flew it to the west coast and deposited that grain of sand
and flew back to to east coast to pick up another grain to fly it to the west cost,
and did this until all the grains of sand were gone ,
the time it would take still would not out last Gods Love

Sister Florence Thompson and family,
We were saddened to hear of the passing of our dear friend, George Thompson. We have wonderful memories of the times we spent together in the United States and also overseas. He was one of the carefully chosen teachers for the outstanding Leadership Conference in Jakarta, Indonesia . We knew him as a man of God totally committed to the study of God's Word. He was a man of compassion and love for people. We will miss him. Our prayers are with you at this time of separation from your loved one.
