Dear cousin Vince,
I am sad to hear of Helen's passing. I so enjoyed seeing you at the Finelli-Giannantonio reunion last year and talking to you both. My childhood memories always include the two of you and what a "dashing couple" you made. Dad thought so highly of you and I loved that you were so close. My thoughts and prayers are with you and I hope that we can get together when I am next in Columbus. I am sorry I cannot come in for the service but please know I am thinking of you. Love, Christy

Miss Lawyer was such a star when she came on the scene at Milo school. She was so beautiful in high heels, bright colors and make-up. The other lady teachers were no longer young and it was a time when old age was accepted at an earlier age. An Old Milo Student

Dear Vince, Anita and Chet: We are so sorry to hear of Helen's death. You have our deepest condolences. Given her health problems and minuative frame the last few years, she's probably in a better place now and at peace....no more inability to do the things she liked to do....no more constant medical care and barely hanging on to a few threads of life. Hopefully all of you can be at peace too. She lead a very full and meaningful life and enjoyed dancing, traveling, golf, living in the south for many years, etc. Her way of life could be an inspiration to everyone she knew. We remember when she looked after and took care of her mother, many years ago, just as you folks have been taking care of her lately. God bless you and give you all the strength to carry on without her as you deal with the void her death has created in your lives. Sorry we are unable to attend the funeral as we have obligations in South Carolina, but our thoughts and prayers are with you. We are making a contribution to Hospice of Central Ohio in remembrance of Helen.
