1934 - 2018
Ingeborg "Inge" Pschibul, 84, of Gahanna, passed away unexpectedly on her birthday, January 4, 2018, and is now at peace. Born in Gelsenkirchen, Germany in 1934, she was preceded in death by her parents Josef and Charlotte (Hatwig) Griesenbrock. A large part of Inge's family remain in Germany. Additionally, she was preceded in death by brother Wolfgang and sister Hildegard. Inge came to the United States in 1957, aboard the USS United States, where she made her home in German Village with her brother, who was her sponsor. The best homemaker to her family, she also spent 31 years at Arbors East as a nurse's aide until age 82. A loving mother and grandmother, she leaves behind, to mourn her loss, children: Ramona, Roland, Norbert and Michael; grandchildren Alexandria, Rachel, Michaella and Renee; great grandchildren Haley and Audrey; sister-in-law Hannelore; and niece and nephew Christa and Gerhard. She was a long-time member of St. Matthew the Apostle who dearly loved God and her family. She was a saintly, generous, selfless, persevering, humble, beautiful, humorous, gardener, cook, baker and loyal friend. Visitation will be held Sunday, January 7, 2018 from 1-4PM with a prayer service at 3:30PM at SCHOEDINGER NORTHEAST, 1051 E. Johnstown Rd., Gahanna. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday at St. Matthew the Apostle, 807 Havens Corners Road, Gahanna at 11AM, Fr. James Ogurchock, Celebrant. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, Pataskala. To leave online condolences visit www.schoedinger.com.

One only needs to look at how Inge lived her life, treated others, and was steadfast in her godly beliefs, to come to the conclusion that although we are loosing a great person on earth, but heaven will be better in gaining this family member and friend.
Inge can live on in all of us if we simply take her lead in how she loved to "give", more than receive. I cannot think of anyone who would "offer" or "give" more than Inge. It has, and will always be an honor to have her part of all of our lives.
