Dearest Karen and Girls,
We are so sad to hear about Jim's passing. We had so many wonderful times with you two. Ron and Jim had so many stories and memories of their days on the Columbus Police Department to share with us when we were together - some funny but all very interesting. We will miss and will always have great memories of him. Our deepest sympathies and prayers are sent to you and your family.
God Bless you always.

I was in the 34th Police class with Jim and worked with him during the time he was on the department. Jim was respected and well liked by all of us. He was a darn good cop. Jim left the department "In Good Standing" to pursue other goals. We were sad to see him leave. My prayers and sympathy for his family.

Marcy, I am so sorry to hear about your dad. I remember way back when he would come into Fifth Third Bank on Bethel to make his deposits he'd always be so cheerful and friendly. All of us would call out, "Hi Mr. Horn! Come to my window!" My thoughts are with you and your family.

Uncle Jim was always a happy man. He welcomed me every time I had a chance to get home. He was so supportive when Dad was sick and would visit him often. I know that Dad loved having him visit and always talked about the great little brother he had. Uncle Jim will be greatly missed.
3 great people, Dad, Aunt Jo, and Uncle Jim
