To Jane, a good friend of Zelma and me for 65 years. She had many problems in her life but she had a good life and was a gifted artist. I enjoy having several of her paintings in my home and they always remind me of George and her. Her hand painted Christmas Cards were always a treasure to receive. The painting she made of Zelma's favorite wild flowers was Zelma's favorite as it was so unique and personal. We considered George and Jane as wonderful friends and a couple to be admired. They will be missed.

I will cherish this year's Christmas card from Jane, featuring her beautiful artwork. She was so kind and so talented. God grant her peace and comfort. She must have received an orange "See me, GGB" note, and now she and George are together again.
