Dear David and Dean, I'm very sorry to to just learn of this. Some of my earliest memories were of you and your father--a guy who we counted on doing the "right thing" and served as a model for us as kids. Your whole family did that to show us the meaning of a life well lived. Yours, Bill Reno

Jerry will be missed as I drive by your farm . It was a pleasure to know one whom I started to school with and to watch him to progress tthrough life. One you could always count on to fix ones equipment. The community will miss your mechanical abilities.

An uncle that always took time to spend with his nephew, especially when he needed it the most. Uncle Jerry shared his passion for the great outdoors with me (hunting and fishing) and it most definitely rubbed off. 2018 was the first time in 31 years that he and I weren't able to hunt together due to his illness. Thank you Uncle Jerry for giving some options and direction to a kid who needed it and for the many memories that have come as a result of the time you gave to me. Heartfelt condolences to Aunt Wilma, David, Dean, and all the rest of the family.

I grew up as a close neighbor to Jerry and always enjoyed reuniting and hearing about his crops and farming successes as part of his farm land was purchased from my father, the very land on which I was reared and which was always close to my heart. We extend our deepest sympathy to Wilma and to his family.

I would like to offer my sincere condolences to Jerry's family, sorry for your loss. Jeremiah 29:11, 12 assures us that God is thinking thoughts of peace towards us, to give us a future and a hope, and that if we come and pray to Him, He will listen to us. May that bring you comfort in this time of sorrow.
