Izzie, Josephine
Josephine (Moreno) Izzie, age 96, passed away on Thursday, January 4, 2018 at Kobacker House. Josephine was a member of St. Andrew Catholic Church and an enthusiastic Buckeye Football fan. She was also a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Lillian Moreno, her devoted husband of 69 years, Michael Vincent, infant sons Thomas and James, sons John and Michael, and brother Joseph. Josephine is survived by her brother, Charles; grandchildren, Ben Izzie, Zack Izzie, and Amy Izzie Reyes; great-grandchildren, Ella, Jake, Gwen, Lindyn, Macsen and Kai; and many nieces and nephews. A special thanks to all the staff at Kobacker House and Franklin County Senior Options. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, January 10 at St. Andrew Catholic Church. FRIENDS ARE ASKED TO MEET AT CHURCH. Interment and Celebration of Life will occur at a later date to be determined. In lieu of flowers, friends who wish may contribute in memory of Josephine to Kobacker House Inpatient Hospice Care Center, 800 McConnell Drive, Columbus, Ohio 43214.
