Dear Farhad,

I met Kathy on email as she was getting ready to come to the Bay Area. I am not too sure how we conencted but we exchanged many emails and spoke on the phone a couple of times. She was so wonderful... up beat, happy, kind and helpful. I lost tauch after she moved here but I wanted to invite her to an upcoming art event ... her email bounced and I came across this news. So sorry ... although we were not friends, I often thought about contacting her because I know she would make a great friend. Regards, shiva pakdel
