I met Kathy because she and I were in the same fifth grade class. We remained classmates through high school. Even though i would have to say we were not close friends, I knew she was a good friend. At class reunions, she always made me feel special, as though I was a long, lost friend and we needed to catch up. She would have a big smile and speak with such enthusiasm about her activities and her family. I am guessing she was a very strong woman who knew how to get a job done. I am grateful to have known her. Peace to you, my friend. Lella

I will miss you soooo much! You've been a joy in my life and we've shared such beautiful memories together. Having sooo much in commom we laughed countless hours, shared our poetry and attended each others services as often as possible. Enjoy your new journey and save a seat for me. Now you shall behold Him, fly like a black butterfly and remember, they can't crown Him til I get there. God's Speed! Love Suerathia C. Turner.
