Kim was one of my closest friends. I have 22 years of memories that I will forever hold close to my heart. Some people only saw her tough side, but she had a bigger heart than anyone I have ever known. If you ever needed anything she was there. She was by my side through some of the toughest times in my life. She would feed anyone who walked through her door, if you left her house hungry, it was your own fault. Kim was "Aunt Kim" to my youngest and he loved going to his Aunt Kim's. I knew that when she watched him he would be well taken care of. She did a lot of babysitting over the years for many of us. You knew that she would feed them well, keep them safe and that she would lather them in Bullfrog Sunscreen in the summer.
If she only had one dollar to her name, she would have offered you 50 cents if you needed it. You don't meet many people like that in life. I will forever cherish my friendship with Kim and hold it close to my heart.
To her Mother, Paul, Jake, Corey, Denver and Nan, my heart goes out to you. You are so deep in my thoughts and prayers.
Janette.
