To the Gibson Family,

I was deeply saddened to hear the loss of Mrs. Lorraine. I had the pleasure of working with Mrs. Lorraine at DSCC, before she retired. She was truly a great person and friend. She will truly be missed but never forgotten. My deepest condolences to you and your family.

This seems so unreal to me. I know it must be even more unreal for the family. Such a sweet and awesome woman of God taken so unexpectedly. Know that I am praying that God gives you all peace and comfort in this difficult time. He's able. Just trust and believe in Him.

My love and prayers are with you all. Lorraine was a wonderful lady with a personality not ever to be rivaled. She possessed a reassuring confidence of who she was (a daughter of the Most High God) and had no issued with trying to acquaint you with Him. Her smile and quick wit would keep you laughing and on your toes . She will certainly be deeply missed. Love you all. Sister Dorene Miller (Dobson)

To the family, Lorraine will be missed by all. We practically grew up in church together with her sisters. I remember we went to the altar together at a very young age and received Christ as our personal savior under Rev W C Cupe at Liberty Temple COGIC. She was a sweet person who loved the Lord. She is now celebrating in heaven. We are praying for you. God doesn't promise that the journey will be easy, but he does promise to walk with us. "I will never leave thee, nor for sake thee." Hebrews 13:5

I remember your mother greeting me every morning with a big smile while Rochelle and I waited for you so we could walk to LMHS. I also remember how proudly she stood beside you as Homecoming Queen. She was always a sweet woman and raised a wonderful daughter. Thoughts and prayers are with you, Sis! <3

I have some wonderful memories of Lorraine from working with her over the past 10 years: Spraying lysol when she heard someone coughing, losing her fish and finding it months later in her pencil box (it had jumped out of the tank!), her sweet laugh and love for Christmas....and more. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this time. She was loved by many.

God's grace, mercy Blessings to my family.

Loosing a loved one is tough and finding words to express the void that remains is difficult.

The Lord provides comfort, strength and courage to endure this difficult time.

Words of encouragement may seem empty at the time. But when you're able to look back at this you will see that God is, has been and will be faithful to His word to keep His people and that they not be comfortless.

I love you !
