I didn't know about Lynn's passing until today -- I went to high school with her and we played tennis. After we lost touch, she found me on myspace and became friends again. She had really amazing person with her optimisim and always in positive thoughts about her cancer, even though she had ups and downs.
We all will miss her and remember her fondly in our hearts.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family. I had the pleasure of knowing Lynn, while at CheckFree. She was one of the first voices I heard when calling our assist line when I started. From then on, as a teammate and/or as fellow employee, I continued to get to know Lynn more and more. She always had an open and listening ear. She was a great friend and teammate, which I had a pleasure to know.
May God watch over your family in this time of loss.

Unfortunately, I only got to know Lynn after her diagnosis and during her treatments at the James. She had an amazing attitude about her fight. I was always impressed by her positive outlook. My thoughts and prayers are with her parents, who made this amazing person, and with Mike and the boys. May your memories comfort you and time ease your pain.

In My Pocket
I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.
My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.
They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.
Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.
But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.

Lynn was a wonderful person, co-worker and friend. She always had a smile on her face and was always there for you no matter what. I have a lot of fond memories of Lynn but my favorite is how she always helped me sell Girl Scout Cookies for my daughter for four years in a row. She had so many friends at Checkfree and she made sure she hit them all up because Taylor (my daughter) had to come in first place (Lynn's words) and.. because of Lynn, she did! I will also miss playing softball with Lynn and I will most definitely miss her smiles and conversations at my annual ornament parties. My thoughts and prayers to her family. Lynn will be missed by so many!

I was lucky enough to work with Lynn at CheckFree. I was her Supervisor and she was one of the most pleasant, positive, team players I've had the pleasure of working with. I learned a lot from Lynn. She was a great person, coworker and friend to all who came in contact with her. It didn't matter if she knew you or not, she always had a smile on her face and an eagerness to help. During her battle, that smile fought back many tears of pain. My thoughts and prayers are with the family. May God bless you and help you get through this time of sorrow. Remember her warm smile, kind heart, loving words and infectious laugh. She'll always be with you in spirit and in your heart.

Even though I went to high school with Lynn I didn't become her friend until we met online to discuss our cancers. She had the most positive outlook in the face of such uncertainty and I will always admire her spirit. Every day I try to live by her motto, Carpe Diem!

Lynn was a great person and full of life. Even though she will be truly missed, she is now at peace. Please don't forget the memories and don't let them fade away. The best way to honor her is to talk about her as if she is still around. My thoughts and prayers are with you and the family during this time and always.
