For Michelle and her family-
I never met Marie, but have read all the wonderful testimonies of her great spirit and warm loving ways. I am so sorry for you Michelle. My heart still aches for my sister Sandy, and I can only imagine the shock and disbelief you feel to have lost a sister that you loved so much and looked up to.
Because of my work, I was unable to visit Tues. evening, or to attend today, but I very much wanted to. You can be certain that I will make a donation to Lifeline of Ohio in Maries' name. Warm hugs and lots of sympathy to you and yours.

To Marie's family,

I knew Marie in high school, but lost track of her as we went off to conquer the world after graduation. In reading her obituary, Marie never changed. She was one of the most cheerful and caring persons I have ever known. May God hold you close during this time and know that He is with those who are hurting with her passing.

Marie was one-of-a-kind and will be missed by all. She was always loving and kind and selfless beyond compare. She put everyone ahead of her; family, friends, co-workers and students. We have been friends for over 30 years and I have never been able to live up to her selflessness but she never seemed to be disappointed in me... only accepting and loving. To our children she has often seemed like a second mother and a go to person in times of neeed. She has shown us all how to be a loving, kind, hard working, dependable, loyal, selfless and generous. One might think that our shortened walk with her may have been to encourage us to be better people but to be like Marie seems nearly impossible. She was a wonderful and natural teacher but she would have been an awesome counselor as she was such a great listener. No one will ever replace her. May her legacy of love last until we join her in hevan. Her home is filled with love and many of her loving reminders are here at my home. Everywhere I turn I see another gift she gave me... "oh, Marie got me that... or she gave that to Annie over 20 years ago.." but one of the last gifts she gave me was a lovely plate (laden with sweet treats) that says... "Through the Years we all will be Together..." and little did I know that it would not be in our earthly dwelling but in the arms of the angels in our Fathers house. These years without her will be very hard, but God's love will lift us up and Marie's loving spirt will always be with us. We love you Marie and will NEVER forget you. Love, Bobbi
