Marjorie Andrews Obituary

ANDREWS Marjorie Elinor Andrews, 69, passed away peacefully on August 11, 2007 at SharonBrooke in Newark. She was born on February 6, 1938 in Columbus, OH to the late Raymond and Lucille (Garno) Eyerman. A registered nurse, Margie earned her degree in nursing at Mount Carmel Nursing School. She then pursued the career she loved working for Mt. Carmel Hospitals and the State of Ohio. After her retirement she volunteered at Licking Memorial Hospital and Granville Intermediate School. Margie was a member of St. Edward Catholic Church, Granville Fellowship, and the Red Hat Society. She enjoyed traveling, reading, walking, sewing and Ohio State football. She is survived by her daughters, Christina Andrews (Max Underwood) of Hilliard, OH, Julia (William) Snoeberger of Beavercreek, OH, Kathleen Andrews of Tulsa, OK, and Rita (Scott) Duthie of Newark; grandchildren, Stephanie and Jacob Snoeberger and Ryan and Rachel Duthie; brother and sister-in-law, Thomas (Mary Kay) Eyerman of Chicago, IL. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother. A Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Edwards Catholic Church, 785 Newark-Granville Road, Granville, with her nephew Rev. Matthew Eyerman officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the church. A graveside service will follow at 1 p.m. at St. Joseph Cemetery, 6440 S. High St., Lockbourne, Ohio.
