Mary Jo Ciula

Ciula Mary Jo Ciula, 75 of Westerville passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at her home. Mary Jo was a faithful parishioner of St Paul Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 41 years, Thomas P. and by her parents Joseph and Mary (nee Horak) Pudlock. She is survived by nieces and nephews Christopher, John and Dallas Englehart, Dr. Michelle Blaeser-Muter and Scott (Jacqueline) Blaeser, Dr. Nicholas J. (Maryann) Ksenich; eight grandnieces and nephews and many dear and close friends and neighbors. She was a 1955 graduate of Amherst High School. She was an active member of the Martha Ministry which provides funeral luncheons as a part of the St. Paul Bereavement ministry. She was a member of the Rainbow Bowling league, a Blendon Senior Center volunteer, part of the Westerville Garden Club and Community Center, where she enjoyed the challenge of bridge. Mary Jo relished the companionship of her local group of "Friends". She loved cooking, golf, travel, and her cats, especially Siamese. Friends may call 2-4 p.m. Sunday at HILL FUNERAL HOME, 220 S. State St., Westerville. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Paul Catholic Church, 313 N. State St., Westerville. Fr. Charles Klinger celebrant. Burial to take place in Calvary Catholic Cemetery, Lorain, OH. Friends may make donations in her memory to St. Paul Catholic Church, The Ohio State University Heart of Cancer Hospital or your local humane society.
