Melissa Clendenin (nee Hoskinson), age 46, of Seville, passed away September 26, 2018. She was born November 26, 1971 in Newark, OH to Michael and Christina (nee Kopp) Hoskinson. Melissa was an avid reader, loved old movies, and was a trivia buff. She will be dearly missed by her beloved husband Howard; her loving son, Michael; her mother, Christina Haines-Ball; sisters, Marla McGraw, Theresa Senn, Nichole Fitzsimmons, Keeley Allen; and brother, Zachary Hoskinson. She was preceded in death by her father, Michael. Friends may join the family to celebrate Melissa's life on Sunday, September 30, 2018, from 12:00 pm 2:00 pm at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 3477 Medina Road, Medina, OH 44256. A service for Melissa will follow at 2:00 pm at the funeral home. A private interment will be held at a later date. Melissa & I were very close friends when we oth lived on Flint Ridge Rd and went to Hopewell Elementary School. We lost contact with each other after a couple yrs of me moving away. I remember her sister Marla, her parents and her grandma. I have many memories of our childhood times. Prayers to all her family

I admired how well Melissa could balance being such a good mom and wife while still achieving so much in her career and still keep such a clean house! She was a hard worker and cared about details. We worked closely together during our "soccer mom" days and she poured her heart into each project. No detail went unnoticed. I appreciate how she cared so much for all of Michael's friends and made them an important part of her family.
