Yates Randall Keith "Stick" Yates, age 58, of Columbus, Ohio, passed away on July 8, 2015. He was born in Gallipolis, Ohio on February 8, 1957. He served in the United States Navy. Randy was preceded in death by his wife Margaret Jeanie Smart; and mother Patricia Ann Kuhn. He is survived by his daughter, Zoe (Kevin) Finnegan-O'Leary; granddaughters, Alyssa, Keira, Alexander, and Kaylee; father, Robert (Violet) Yates; brother, Robert Yates; sisters, Sandra Thomas, Cathy Swartz, and Jackie Yates; and several nephews. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 25, 2015 at the Ruckmoor Pub, 7496 N. High St., Columbus, Ohio 43235 at 2 p.m. Arrangements have been entrusted to the SCHOEDINGER HILLTOP CHAPEL, 614-279-8675. Please visit www.Schoedinger.com to share a memory of Randy.

My thoughts and prayers go to Randy's family. I have not been in contact with him for a long time. My memories of Randy was he was always having a good time and being the life of the party. He's going to be the life of another party. God bless.
