Robert C. Blosser

BLOSSER Robert C. Blosser, age 81, of Canal Winchester, died Wednesday, February 2, 2011 at Winchester Place. Born April 20, 1929 in Columbus to the late Roy S. and Georgia F. (Ricketts) Blosser, he was a 1947 graduate of Canal Winchester High School, and received his Bachelors degree from Franklin University. He was the retired owner of Blosser's TV in Canal Winchester, and was first lieutenant of Canal Winchester's first volunteer fire department. He was also a member of the Flying FORKS of Lancaster. Survived by daughter, Julie (Gary Noskowiak) Wood, Canal Winchester; son, Richard (Cheryl) Blosser, Columbus; grandchildren, Lindsey, Martha, Nancy, Brandon, Nina, Gary Jr., Emily, Kelsy and Kyle; brother, Howard (Ruth Ann) Blosser, Canal Winchester; sisters, Barbara Bigerton, Canal Winchester, and Susan (Chuck) Pendleton, Lancaster; nieces, nephews, and special friends at FORKS. Preceded in death by his wife of 51 years Rebecca Blosser in 2005. Friends may 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the DWAYNE R. SPENCE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 650 W.
