Robin Eckard Obituary

ECKARD (CRAWFORD) Robin S. Eckard (Crawford), age 45, of Pataskala, Ohio passed away on November 5, 2009 along with her beloved son Nicholas. She will be lovingly missed by her mother, Georgia Shilling; brother, Charley Crawford and his children Ashley and Devon; sister, Taffrina Gill; sister, Chris and her husband Brian Daniels and their children Brian, Jr. and Jeremy. Many hearts were touched by Robin's life and she will be truly missed. Friends may call from 10-11 a.m., Monday at SCHOEDINGER NORTHEAST CHAPEL, 1051 East Johnstown Road (at Beecher Road), Gahanna, where a Memorial Service will begin at 11 a.m. Mr. Tony Pack, whom Robin loved as a father, will officiate. Contributions may be made in Robin and Nick's memory for Victims of Crime; payable to Schoedinger Funeral Service. Please visit www.schoedinger.com to share a memory or to send a condolence.

Robin was a special friend. We had good times together. We enjoyed keeping in touch by email as often as possible. She was an encouragement to me. She had a good heart. She did a fantastic job with Nicholas and he was a sweet little boy. I think he had his mom's kind heart, too. Robin and Nicholas are greatly missed by all who knew them. Tony Pack (Thumper) I am so sorry to hear about the passing of Robin and her son. I know Robin loved you very much and you were a very important part of her life. I think it was somewhere between 15 and 20 yrs ago when you bought Robin around for the first time when Bullwinkle and I were living in Pickerington, Ohio. She was a very beautiful and kind person. My life was touched a year ago on the day I met Robin and Nick when they needed some help with their horses. She was such a sweet woman and Nick was just so cute and such a nice little boy. I am so very saddened by their passing. Though I only got to know them for a short time, they leave a lasting impression on my heart.
