Rollie Williams Obituary

WILLIAMS Rollie E. Williams, 91, of McConnelsville, died Sunday, July 24, 2011 at 8:15 p.m. at the Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital in Zanesville after a lengthy illness. He was born in Gaysport, Ohio on October 9, 1919 to the Late James Clark and Harriet Awilda Trout Williams. He is survived by his wife of 62 years (July 3, 1949), Irene King Williams of the home; three sons, Ed (Linda) Williams of Zanesville, Tim (Kim) Williams of Crooksville, and Matt (Joni) Williams of Powell; two daughters, Stephanie (Jim) Knouff of Cambridge, and Deborah (Steve) Willison of Groveport; nine grandchildren and three great- grandchildren. He is preceded in death by two brothers Glen and Dale and one sister Nellie Mae. Services will be held on Thursday, July 28, 2011 at 11 a.m. at the Church of The Gospel Ministry in McConnelsville with Pastor Galen Finley officiating. Burial will follow in the Zanesville Memorial Park with veteran services provided by the Morgan County Veteran Association. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 27, 2011 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the MATHENEY FUNERAL HOME in McConnelsville with Masonic service following at 8 p.m. Donations may be made to the M&M Fire Department in Rollie's name. Dear Aunt Irene,
