Ron was truly a person that set the bar when it came to how he interacted with others. More than a dozen years ago, I was the new kid on the company block and I didn't know how to shut my computer down properly. I asked one co-worker and in turn she asked Ron if he could help. He came over to my desk and showed me what to do. Looking back in hindsight this was done without hesitation or grumbling. Little did I know that such a solid rapport would be built over the years.
Ron and I would joke with each other about our accrued time off from work. One of his classic remarks to me was "some people have the NERVE to take vacation!" Ron was known for keeping a pantry of food at his work station. His desk was decorated with apples, oranges, peanuts, and cookies! Yet he was kind to place bags of fruit in the break room for all to enjoy that he and his family picked at Lynd's. Also, it became an enjoyable tradition for me to hear about the menu that his family feasted on over the holidays or on Sundays. There are so many good qualities that I could say about Ron, yet no words can define how much Ron will be missed.
May the family and friends of Ron be comforted and strengthened as you hold him near and dear to your hearts with individual and collective memories.
Sincerely and respectfully in prayer,

Earth has no sorrow that Heaven cannot heal - Fact. The loss of this special person will take a long time for us to make the adjustment. Ron was one of God's angels on earth. I can speak for many of us here at Permedion - Ron will be missed more than words can express. He was more than a co-worker, he was a gentleman, buddy, adviser, helper, someone who could make you laugh, rescuer, and friend who daily shared the fruit of the Spirit: love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Rest in Peace! Ron we have much love for you.
