Stanley Suel Obituary

SUEL Stanley Sherman Suel, age 75, passed away March 5, 2011 at home. Preceded in death by parents George D. and Gwendolyn C. (Phillips) Suel, sisters Dorothy Bates, Donna Eiland, Maurel Brock, and brothers George Jr. and Fauston Suel. He leaves to cherish his memory daughters, Dorte Blankshon, Venica (Terrance) Miller, Stanetta (Alvin) Dent, Carlitta Suel, Lateea (Tim) Horton; grandchildren, Bradleigh, Brandon, Alvin Jr., Allen, Paige, Austin, Alec, Terrance Trent, Lauren, Philip, Amelia and Gwendolyn; sisters, Delores Cunningham, Ruth Estis, Annetta Eberhardt; and brother, Richard "B Ro" Suel; aunt, Faye M. Turner; and a host of nieces, nephews; cousins; extended family; friends and neighbors. Stanley served in the U.S. Army from 1958-1960. He worked part time at Garris Sohio Service Station for years and was employed by Pepsi Cola until he was hired by City of Columbus where he retired after more than 28 years. Memorial service, 1 p.m., Saturday, March 12, 2011, St. Paul AME, 639 E. Long Street, Columbus, OH 43215. Flowers and food can be sent to St. Paul AME after 9 a.m. on March 12.
