Molly and Bryan,
I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your Father. I know you both must be hurting very deeply, and it will feel like you have a hole in your heart. Your Dad's memory will live on through you, so keep on being the two wonderful and caring people that you have always been and make him proud!

To the Gilleland family,
Erik played a big role in helping Zyg. He was deeply sadden to hear of his death. Zyg went through rough times and Erik was one of the mentors that acted as a compass to help him. He enjoyed his company and conversations. Thank you for sharing him with our son.

My deepest sympathy to the Gilleland family, friends and the Dublin police department. Detective Gilleland was my point of contact after my son was murdered and I could tell he was determined to solve my son's case. Always kind and patient to this grieving mother. I had hoped to meet him one day to personally thank him. Praying for peace and comfort for the family and co-workers.

As a City of Dublin retiree, I know how close the Police Department is to their officers. My sincerest condolences to all who worked with Office Gilleland and to his family and friends. May you each feel God's presence in the days ahead.
