Terry was born in the blizzard of 1950 in Zanesville, Ohio on November 27th. His father Eugene Quinn braved the reported 18 inches of drifting and blowing snow to get his mother Jo Ann (Jamison) Quinn to the hospital in Zanesville. They both preceded him in death. He is survived by his loving wife of 27years, Linda Sue (Lunz) Quinn; children, Brittany Leigh Quinn and Sean Matthew Quinn whose wife is Athena; and grandson, Evan. He has a brother, Stephen Quinn whose wife is Kim. And relative Martin Shell and many friends and employees. He attended Zanesville High graduating in 1969 and avoided the war by going to first Ohio University and later graduating from the Ohio State University in 1974 where he is a member of the president's club and bleeds scarlet and gray. He got his MBA from Xavier in 1978 while working for Ross Labs. He bought his first business in 1979 and then his first Subway franchise in 1982 and built that into a territorial development agreement and owned 32 stores at the time of his death. His love of golf led him to a membership at the Lakes Golf and Country Club and his other passion was Texas Holdem poker. Friends may call Tuesday 5-8 p.m. at the SCHOEDINGER WORTHINGTON CHAPEL, 6699 N. High St. (1/2 mile south of 270), where a service will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday. Hello Linda,
I just found out about Terry's untimely passing yesterday while attending my own mother's funeral in Zanesville. Was not aware of his death until now. Jim Hardcastle informed me at my mom's funeral. We express our deepest regards to you and the family. Terry was my best friend for so many years and was so good to me and I loved him so much. I know we lost contact and our lives went different directions, but I am just beginning to grieve his passing as I have found out myself. God Bless you. David and Donna Kelly

Many years ago - I worked with Terry. In fact, he and I sat beside each other @ a luncheon for the launch of VITAL on what was his last day @ Ross. We bowled together as well. He was a fine man. I told every Subway employee I ever encountered in the last 20+ years that I knew Terry (I'm sure they all believed me!). My best thoughts are with his family.

Steve and I are best friends and have been for many years, I didn't know Terry; but feel like I did somewhat from the many stories his brother has told me. Terry was with us too short a time. I met him among the men in our prostate cancer support group, where he and we aimed to help each other all our days. He'll be missed, and fondly remembered.
