Your cousin Faye Coleman, (sister of Carol Coleman and Bill Coleman). I am not sure, but I think at one time you had a gas station in Columbus, OH and I stopped by to see you, many years ago. Regrettfully, I did not stay in touch and lost contact with you and the others.

Your cousin, Carol Coleman. Haven't seen you since I was very young, but have thought of you and the family often. My fondest memories are of you and Johnny playing guitar and singing.

I was recently pondering when I was young a time when Harold and Gramps (James Coleman) were sitting in Harolds living room playing around with a couple electric guitars and singing songs I cant even remember. Us kids were running thru the house, the adults were out there just enjoying family the way families should. I can never remember a time back then when Harold didnt have a smile on his face or wasnt laughing about something. He and Gerry always seemed to be such joyous people to those of us around them. Harold and his family are always in my heart and mind and will always be a part of my life that I remember with joy.

I know they dont know this, but because they let us kids just cut loose and be 'kids' when we were around them, it has really helped me to be much better adult and to just let children be children.
Thank you Harold and thanks to his wonderful wife, for being such a wonderful influence during those years where I needed it most.

I remember so many happy days spent with you and Gerry and your family as a child. My Mother and Papa, (Fred and Joan) would bring me with them to visit very often. (I loved to visit my favorite cousin and partner in crime, Dan!) Harold, you were so kind and fun and always had a joke on your tongue and a smile on your face. Those are among my most treasured memories.
My deepest sympathies go out to Gerry and the kids and all the granchildren. I regret that I was unable to attend the service, I wish everyone of you my love and heartfelt wishes.

You have always been a very special cousin. When I heard that you had passed away, I was stunned. I remember how very much my dad, your Uncle James, loved you. How I regret that I never took the time to visit in these past years, just to let you know that I love you and your family. I kept thinking "I'll stop by next week..." And now, you are gone.
